Death shall die
So I heard something strange (or should I say same thing in stranger way) in the Friday sermon. That after resurrection on the judgment day the death shall be brought into the form of dust (perhaps like human?) and then it’ll be slaughtered. So no one will ever die.
Never heard it before, never read that anywhere. I’ll ask him today about the reference and update here.
Over, out, and asleep. zzzz …
Update: It’ll become a sheep and then slaughtered. Plus the purpose of it is to give a physical entity to the fact that ‘life hereafter will be eternal, no one will ever die, and so the death will die.’

ah han … yup do ask for proper references.

I have also read it and If I remember ,it’s a Sahih Hadith. Do check Sahih Bukhari.
Actually concept of death was brought for this world only. The life we spend in this world is actually our journey towards death that is towards Allah. When we will already at that place then there would be no reason of death anymore. Also, our ummat is the last ummat therefore there would be no life,no universe creation after Qaymah.

Asthma,
I believe him. Just wanted to know the siyaq-o-sabaq that’s why I was looking for reference.
Adnan,
I’ve checked in first three volumes, didn’t find the topic of Qayamah. But it’s okay.
I understand what you’ve mentioned and I’ve already stated something similar in the update.
Thank you for coming by.
Hina,
Consult with a scholar, it’s true.
Thanks for coming by.
Malaika,
That’s the point. But it won’t become person, but sheep.
