Okay I’ll just quickly type it for the sake of update only.
On 27th of December last year they couldn’t deliver the food in time. Actually, that is a much politer way of putting it. Let me rephrase:
They delivered the food 4 and half hours late when lunch time had already turned into dinner, when we had left house to eat something else from somewhere else after canceling our order. Anyways, so today the branch manager called me to apologize and offered a large pizza with 1 and half liter coke for free as a token of apology (huh 
yeah, that is what he said.) After getting bistee-ed from me he sent the whole Rs. 999 (that is actually Rs. 1150 including tax) deal for free.
I’m glad
